Best rapper ever? Hard to say, everyone has their own opinion. There's no denying, however, that he was rapping in 1994 better than a lot of rappers are rapping in 2010. He was way ahead of his time and I constantly think what music would be like if he never passed. If not THE greatest, top three dead or alive. RIP!
